Goal

 On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Taleo Integration

User Time Zone Values not exported to Taleo

Issue: There is no Time Zone value being exported for users when the Export Changed Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Process is executed. As a result the previous Time Zone values for the existing records in Taleo are being set to null.
