Element Default Input Values Disappearing (Doc ID 2285209.1)

Symptoms

 
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Input values with a Default value set are not saved when creating an element entry.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Element entry to save all input values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define Voluntary deduction element
2. Default Input values
3. Manage element entries> create element entry for an employee
4. Values are defaulted; Submit>Done
5. Manage element entries> query the employee
6. The defaulted inputs are not present.
