Error In Activities Subtab In Contacts (Doc ID 2285686.1)

Symptoms

On 11.1.11.1.0 - Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When the user follows this steps:
1. Going to Activities page the user opens a task.
2. When clicking on the Contact name to open the Contact if the user goes to Activities subtab the activity is not displayed (using Open Activities filter).
3. If the user changes the filter to All Activities then all the activities are displayed (not just the activities related to the particular selected Contact.
The Open Activities and the All activities filters are not working as expected

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When customer follows the steps he should see the Open activities/ All activities related to the selected Contact person.

STEPS
When the user follows this steps:
1. Going to Activities page the user opens a task.
2. When clicking on the Contact name to open the Contact if the user goes to Activities subtab the activity is not displayed (using Open Activities filter).
3. If the user changes the filter to All Activities then all the activities are displayed (not just the activities related to the particular selected Contact.


BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue when the user navigates by following the steps he cannot see the Open activities/All activities related to the selected Contact
