Symptoms

 
When employee is initiating Change Benefit Elections from Benefits self service the continue button is greyed out
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. about me ->Benefits
2. Click on Change benefit elections
3. Click on Continue. Continue button is disabled.

 

Changes

 There is a new field titled 'visible on self service pages' within the the plan setup as of R12 that must be enabled
