Symptoms

After restarting the Essbase Cloud Service, the restart operation status indicates "Succeeded" and the service status is "Ready".  When accessing the Essbase Cloud UI, the following is displayed:

Sorry, Oracle Analytics Cloud Service is currently experiencing some issues.
We are working hard to fix them, please try again
