Symptoms

Not able to see Service Request Infolet On The Account Details Page

When attempting to add Service Request infolet in the summary tab, the following error occurs
The Object Infolet Group cannot be created because of an error. Contact your help desk (ZCX-3075001)


Reproducible Steps

1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to FSM
3. Go to offerings
4. Service is enabled
5. Status of service shows as implemented
6. Go to Application Composer
7. Application as Common
8. Add Service Request infolet in the summary tab
9. Gives Error " The Object Infolet Group cannot be created because of an error. Contact your help desk (ZCX-3075001)


Due to this issue, users cannot add Service Request infolet in the summary tab
