After R12 Upgrade, Data Security Policies For Custom Roles Received End Date (Doc ID 2286201.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After the migration, all the "Data security Policies" got end date, only from the Custom roles

After the migration, all the "Data security Policies" got end date, only from the Custom roles
We are not able to delete this End date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be no End Date on the Security policies, and they should be editable.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator> Security Console> Roles>
2. Search for Accounts Payable Manage TUSA> go to Data Security Policies section
3. Edit the Data Security Policy> can't change the Edit Date.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Business Units.
