Empty Page After Clicking On Custom Subtab "Open Project"

When clicked on Open Project under Accounts, it is showing empty page
1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Accounts
3. Drill down an account
4. Edit an Account
5. Click on an custom tab "Open Project"
6. Shows empty page without any details of the project
Due to this issue, users cannot see the details of the project (Project no, Project name etc....)
