When Attempting To Import Profiles Into Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), The Selected File Is Disregarded And An Error Appears: "A value is required" (Doc ID 2287413.1)

You're importing a file containing updated profiles into ARCS. After selecting the desired file from the filesystem, you click Import, but the filename disappears, and you see an error: "A value is required". The behavior is observed in Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox. An error is observed in the AccountReconciliation.log:

The issue only occurs when you are at the office. From a remote site, the import process completes successfully.

In the above image, you can see that the desired file has been selected. When the Import button is clicked, the File field clears and you see the error.
