How To Identify "Selected" Bank Accounts In The Database Tables Using BI

On the Personal Payment Method screen in Fusion, there can be multiple records for bank accounts, but only one row may be "selected".
We need to create a BI Publisher report to output the "selected" bank accounts for each worker, but we cannot find any table or column to identify which row is "selected".
Furthermore, the details of each bank record contain an "Active" flag in Fusion. Again, we cannot locate any table or column to identify which rows are marked as "active".
