Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Single Lead assignment never completes, and just spins as if it's still working. Mass Lead assignment is still working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Lead assignment should work

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to a Lead
2. Click on Actions > Assign Lead

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, individual Leads cannot be assigned as expected.
