Run Assignment Action Not Working Properly (Doc ID 2287658.1)

a) Enabled the Run Assignment action item under Buttons and Actions Page.  Save and Run Assignment under Actions in Opportunity is not visible in UI. (screen shot "Save and run assignment.jpg")
b) Also, auto assign profile option was enabled, but the assignment did not bring the territory structure to the line items. (screen shot "auto assign.jpg").
