Application Time Out when clicking on Create Partner or Click on Profile Partner with Http error code 504 (Doc ID 2287832.1)

Application getting crashed after clicking Create Partner button

When trying to create a PARTNER record by using the below steps in POD "CBFV-DEV1" the following error is received "A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)"

A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Home - Navigate to PARTNERS overview page (from HOME - RECRUITS - PARTNERS)
2. Press CREATE PARTNER button
