Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to navigate to the Configuration Collection screen in OTM, the following error is observed

It is expected to be able to access this screen successfully with no errors.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to OTM
2. Navigate to Configuration and Administration > Technical Support > Configuration Collection
3. The error is observed
