UI Issue with Chrome Browser (Doc ID 2287912.1)

Symptoms

1. Unable to expand collapsed rows ( we are able to expand columns)
2. Even if our browser zoom is 100% sometime we can see rows and column with metadata but cant see data grid

We ensured everyone is on the latest version of Chrome.
