The common look up ORA_HRX_GB_SEXUAL_ORIENTATION currently contains the value Lesbian or Gay. Users require colleagues to have the ability to identify as Lesbian or Gay, so require these values to be split out. Users can see the lookup is now a system one, which means I cannot update the values that have been defined. However, I can also see the lookup appears to have been created for UK specific requirements as it includes GB in the code name. Is there a specific reason why this has been created as system and not as extensible / user defined?
Would it be possible to split the value currently defined into 2 separate values?
