Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are having an issue with Outlook Integration - when they sync an email with a contact or an account to be shared with sales cloud it is initially successful but after reviewing that email later - it shows either the contact or account  as "<deleted record>".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "<deleted record>" should not appear to the customer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When they sync an email with a contact or an account to be shared with sales cloud it is successful;
2. "<deleted record>" shows up.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are receiving that "<deleted record>" message.
