Contact's initials are not shown in Card View (Doc ID 2288304.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
All the pictures of Contacts in card view are inconsistent.
Some have initials, some have stock blank head images, and some have pictures of the actual contact.
The contacts that have blank head images, and not a portrait image, do not have an image selected in the details page of the contact.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Each contact should either have their initials or and picture of the person, but none of them should have stock blank head images.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Sign into the application;
2. Open Contacts;
3. Select card view;
4. Contact images are not consistant.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are seeing inconsistent Contact card views.
