In following situation, members under original member don't appear in form.

- create shared member for non level 0 member
- have form and place shared member with function on row or column
- enable option Suppress Missing Blocks


Design in form:

IDescendants(shared_member) on row.

Expected behavior;

shared_member and original's children members are shown on rows.

Actual behavior;

shared_member is shown on row.
