Disabled/End Dated Products Are Still Present In The List Of Territory Dimension

On : version, Territory Management, Quotas

Disabled/End dated products are still present in the Available list when editing territory Coverage dimension
Five products have been disable/end dated in Manage Product groups, and the change was published, then the process Load and active was run.
However, in the available list of territory dimensions those products are still present.
It is necessary to remove the disabled products from the available list of territory definitions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Manage Product Groups
2. view details for Product Group Gestra - Gate, Globe & Check, field Effective to date: 1st July 2017, field Active shows no value
3. go to Edit Coverage Dimensions > Available column Valves: Gate/Globe/Check: Gestra appears as a child product group under Valves: Gate, Globes & Check Values, which is also a child of Valves, which is a child of main parent Flowserve Products

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot remove some disabled product groups from Edit Coverage dimensions area.
