Contract not getting created after upgrade

After R12 upgrade, the contract is not getting created.
Used R12 FBDI temptate.
Ran Validate Customer Contract Source Documents process .
Ran the Identify Customer Contract data
The output of this program shows 10 lines UNPROCESSED

Customer contract processes should be imported.
