Workspace Form Not Working (Doc ID 2288910.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Capture Transactions-Define Allocations and Period Entries

Workspace form not working

We are unable to create Allocation rule

Customer is facing this issue after a recent upgrade to R12.

- this happen for all users
- this happen on other browser too (Mozilla, IE)

Customer tried the 2 work-arounds below - but has the same issue:
- try to access the direct URL : https://xxxx.bi.em2.oraclecloud.com/workspace/index.jsp
- try the navigation through Navigator->General Accounting->Period Close->Tasks->Open Workspace


ERROR
-----------------------
A 'Not Found' error occurred communicating with the server.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Workspace (Navigator -> Financial Reporting Center -> tasks -> Open Workspace)
2. The error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use allocation functionality.
