User Stuck In A Loop When Trying To Change Password Unifier Cloud

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A user attempts to log in to Unifier, a message is received that the account is locked. The Administrator reviews, the account does not show up as locked in the Primavera Cloud Admin tool, even after waiting for sync time. (15 minutes or longer)
