Only Some Scheduled Reports Fail to Run in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Reports are sporadically not running, or being delivered after the time to use them for the purpose they are ran. In some instances some fail to run at all.
STEPS to define the issue
1. Access as a user who has either created the report, or with whom the report has been shared.
2. Review the History for the Scheduled report
3. The History for the report shows the dates and times the report completed for the environment.
