Clicking The 'Clear Data' and 'Copy Data' Options Results In A Blank Pop-Up Dialog

From the main page, Application > Overview. From the Actions dropdown, select either Clear Data or Copy Data. Instead of the full screen for either option, an empty white dialog box appears. In other FCCS pods, these dialogs display correctly when selected.
