Downloading CPQ's Document Proposal From OSC Not Opening (Doc ID 2289246.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Download CPQ's Document Proposal from OSC

We are facing an issue when a user is trying to download, from OSC, a document proposal that have been created in CPQ using 'Generate Proposal' functionality/button.

Below you may find the steps we have to follow in order the issue to be reproduced (we have also recorded the steps in an mp4 video attached to the SR).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Suppose to open the document from OSC side too

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. We have created a Quote (in CPQ) for a specific Opportunity (of OSC).
2. For the same Quote, we have generated (via CPQ) the corresponding Document Proposal.
3. The user is logging in OSC and he is navigated to Opportunity page.
4. The user is searching for a specific opportunity record and he is navigated to its 'Quotes and Orders' subtab.
5. He is trying to download the generated proposal document through the appropriate icon.
6. A new browser tab is oppening BUT the document is not accessible by the user.
7. If the user clicks on Quote name, he is navigated to CPQ environment through which the document download is feasible.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find the doc from OSC.
