Instantis EnterpriseTrack Times Out When Submitting Changes to the Project Dates (Doc ID 2289504.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After submitting changes to the Project Dates on the Projects > Project Dates page, the EnterpriseTrack application times out and the dates are not updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The dates should be updated in timely manner.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------

  1. Navigate to Projects -> Open a Project -> Dates
  2. Click Edit > Project Dates
  3. Insert New Dates using the Light Bulb Icons (manually entering dates results in same behavior)
  4. Click Save
