Is it possible to have Read Only access to Parties under Customer Data Management?

Goal
Is it possible to give to users read only rights for Accounts and Contacts under Customer Data Management > Parties?
Search is allowed and results are returned but a user with non admin Role cannot drill down on the record to view the data (but not be able to edit it).
