HumanEnrollmentApproval BPM Is Not Working

HumanEnrollmentApproval BPM is not working
HumanEnrollmentApproval BPM is invoked when we click submit for approval action in program enrollment object, and we can see bell notification to channel operations manager login.
But when he approves it, enrollment status is not moving from Pending for approval to Approved status.
This functionality was working fine till last week.
