The reports downloaded are not quite accurate. Some questions are listed as not answered on the "Post/Comment Responded To" column, while customers indeed have responded to them. Other questions appear as N/A while they are either responded to or not.
Please see attached report for May. Column I shows the Responded Status of the queries. Nearly all the queries with the N/A and NOs were responded to.
This leads us to report the wrong figures as far as Response Rate is concerned.
