Symptoms

Unable to Create Database Service. Database service creation is failing with the following:

alter file : system01.dbf
alter file : pdbseed_temp012017-04-18_10-20-04-AM.dbf
ERROR : hpages failed to add_recommended settings
ERROR : hpages failed to add_recommended settings
ERROR : Assistant dbda has failed, please check ocde logfile /var/opt/oracle/log/<ORACLE_SID>/ocde/ocde_2017-06-28_09:15:39.log
