Account Custom Layouts Are Not Working Properly After Release12 (Doc ID 2290023.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Account Custom Layouts are not working properly after Release12

In Account Object, we have 6-7 Custom Creation page Layouts with expression. After Release 12, in Customer Type based layouts we are not able to see any buttons and look up values are not appearing properly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On clicking 'Create Customer' button it will open a default custom layout and after selection 'Customer Type' it will change the creation layout based on the Customer Type Value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Accounts and create a new account record
3. Select the Customer Type field value and the layout should change accordingly, but it is not after Release 12

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct layouts based on the Customer Type value selected.
