After Upgrade: New Logs In Publishing Queue

After an upgrade, we've noticed a new log appearing in the publishing queue. We'd like to know what this is and get more information - is this an error? Is this expected behavior? What is it?

The log is called: RecsFullCatalog.xml.gz and exportStatus_RecsFullCatalog_xml.json
