Goal

Prevent duplicate records from appearing on the Contacts Extract.

While building an HCM Extract using the Data Group Parent user entity (UE) "PER_EXT_PAY_EMPLOYEES_UE" and child Data Group "PER_PER_CONTACT_RELATIONSHIPS_UE" to link it by Person ID, some duplicate records are returned, but not for all rows.
