Symptoms

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Archive option is missing for files/folders in BI Application for administrator user

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Archive option should be available for administrator user

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to BI
2. Go to Catalog and the Archive option for folders/files is missing
