PBL ERROR: ORA-20001: The employment level entered is not eligible for the element (Doc ID 2290636.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Payroll

PBL : Element Entry error

Even after Element eligibility criteria is satisfied, when creating element entry using PBL getting error


"The employment level entered is not eligible for the element Overtime on 2017-07-01"


But able to attach the same element from Manage Element Entry page.

We need to load element entry for more than 1000 records so cannot use element entry page and not able to use PBL as it errors.

ORA-20001: The employment level entered is not eligible for the element Overtime on 2017-07-01.

Sql exception while calling PAY_BATCH_LDR_PKG.PLSQL_BATCH_LINE_TRANSFERjava.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: The employment level entered is not eligible for the element Overtime on 2017-07-01.

Details: You cannot grant the element to the payroll relationship, terms or assignment unless it meets the element eligibility criteria and has an element costing record. Ensure that a suitable element costing rule exists for the element, and that the eligibility criteria for a person matches those defined on the costing rule.
