Symptoms

On : NA version, Customer Data

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When we input a customer with a leading 0 it truncates the leading 0 unless we put an apostrophe at the beginning.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Postal Code should not truncate leading 0

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Receivables>Billing
2. Create Customer

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter Postal Code.
