The goal of this article is to know what things need to check if IPSec doesn't work from 3rd party device Cisco ASA. If all the configuration indicates no problem from Corente Service Gateway and point to 3rd party device and customer said there are not any problems with their setup, then we need to have some solid debug knowledge for Cisco ASA product and compare if there is any mismatch in between and show customer the sound proofs.
