How to troubleshoot IPSec tunnel not working from 3rd party device Juniper

The goal of this article is to know what things need to check if IPSec doesn't work from 3rd party device Juniper. If all the configurations/logs indicate there is no problem from Corente Service Gateway and point to 3rd party device and customer say there are not any problems with their setup, then we need to have some solid debug knowledge for Juniper product and compare if there is any mismatch in between and show customer the sound proofs.
