Error when Trying to Open Item Batch

Symptoms

When attempting to open Item Batch, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Method oracle.apps.scm.productHub.itemImport.batches.protectedUiModel.applicationModule.ItemInterfaceSearchAMImpl.prepareParamMapsForDQResultsRegions() not supported


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Product Management -> Product Information Management
2. Open right task pane and select Manage Item Batches
3. Search for Item Batch and open Item Batch
