Goal

When user queries the FR report, the ledger  shows the options that are not in the data access for user. At the same time, user notices  that he can choose more than one ledger when inquiring on Detail Balances, but the user can choose the only one ledger that belongs to his data access when creating journal.
So, user wants to know why he  can see the other ledgers that don’t belong to his data access when he inquires on Detail Balances and FR report.
