The goal of this article is to know what things need to check if IPSec doesn't work from 3rd party device Fortigate. If all the configurations/logs indicate there is no problem from Corente Service Gateway and pointing to 3rd party device and customer say there are not any problems with their setup, then we need to have some solid debug knowledge for Fortigate product and compare if there is any mismatch in between and show customer the sound proofs.
