No territories were assigned to opportunity xxxxxx. This can happen if the territory definition is not correctly set up. (MOO-450240)

The Territories are getting assigned but for one of dimension criteria based custom field (Oracle Region, LOB field) in the Opportunity, if value changed, there is no change seen in the territory in the Opportunity Team tab.
For Example. AndyR has one Territory which is NASEast YEAST. If Andy selects East_CA or East_US in the Oracle Region field, it populates YEAST in the LoB field
and adds his territory to there revenue line upon save which is expected.
The issues is that if Andy selects another value in the Oracle Region field such as EntSoftware_US then it changes the value in the LOB Field but leaves the territory in the revenue lines, still as YEAST.
The expected result would be that if a value is selected such as EntSoftware_US is selected for Andy then when assignment manager runs upon save it would note that the criteria does not match Andy's territory and remove the earlier assigned territories from the revenue lines.
Steps to Reproduce:
"Log into Sales Cloud as AndyR
Click on the Opportunities Icon
Click on an Open Opportunity with no Products
in the Oracle Region field select East_US or East_CA
Note that the territory has been added to the Product lines.
In Oracle Region select any of the other values except East_CA or East_US
Note that the territory does not get removed but based on the assignment rules this is not the correct Territory.
