IDCS integration with AD Bridge is failing


The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on receive

 The issue can be reproduced at will while integrating AD bridge
 using Oracle Identity Cloud Service Active Directory Agent Installer

 While providing the Cloud Service URL, Client ID, and Client Secret, and click Next.
