Non-Roman Character Export Issue From Transaction Manager

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Non-Roman characters do not display properly in the exported CSV file from the Transaction Manager Search Views.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to the Transaction Manager.
- Click Search and enter in appropriate search criteria for a Transaction with non-Roman characters.
- Select the found Transaction.
- Click Export.
- See in the CSV file that the characters are not displayed properly.
