Non-Roman Character Export Issue From Transaction Manager (Doc ID 2292165.1)

Symptoms

Non-Roman characters do not display properly in the exported CSV file from the Transaction Manager Search Views.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Transaction Manager.
  2. Click Search and enter in appropriate search criteria for a Transaction with non-Roman characters.
  3. Select the found Transaction.
  4. Click Export.
  5. See in the CSV file that the characters are not displayed properly.
