A 'Pick Slip Grouping Rule' is created and the user deselects some fields in the rule.

When a 'Pick Slip Report' is generated, the unchecked fields are displayed on the header area.

This is causing an inconsistent display between the header area and the line area which may cause users or customers to misidentify the data.

How can unnecessary fields in the Header of the Pick Slip Report be removed?
