Fusion-Taleo: SSO Logout of Taleo Loops Back To Taleo Login, Or To Taleo Still Logged In. (Doc ID 2292578.1)

Symptoms

Pre-requisite:  Integrated Fusion-Taleo environment that includes SSO - Fusion serves as the IdP (Identity Provider) to Taleo's SP (service provider) SSO.

Symptom 1:

When a user tries to log out of Recruiting they end back at the login page.

 

Symptom 2:

When a user clicks Sign Out in Recruiting, the user is taken to a screen that says, "Your session has successfully ended".  After clicking "OK" in the screen, the user ends up back in Taleo and is still 'logged in'.
