Symptoms

When a user submits their login credentials for P6 Professional, after a successful installation via ClickOnce, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Primavera P6 Professional has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
