Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Reassign items mass update doesn't work.

When browsing some items to reassign them to the correct purchasing categories, the mass update process doesn't work. The process succeeds, but the reassignment items to the correct categories is not seen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Items should be reassigned to the Catalog Categories selected once Mass update is completed successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator->Product Management->Product Information management
2. Tasks->Browse Items
3. Search Items for Categories->Select Items->Actions->Manage Item Mass Changes->Reassign Catalog Categories
