DaaS Account Enrichment Is Not Working

When customer try to enrich an account, they are getting an error .
This was not happening before and started after the Data cloud maintenance last weekend.
Error Messages were as below:-
Your request cannot be processed by Oracle Social Data and Insight cloud service. Your helpdesk was notified.
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
